Martial Vest TBSE Hunk

• Only the top with the Sleeves.. Due to this shirt just being a general mess, I only did one of them.

Works on males, except Hrothgar, Highlanders, Roegadyn and all Lalafell.
Seeing I'm still very new to this, expect some gaps in few places and minor clipping.
