Ballad Hat Mashup

A mashup coat of:

• Made of Prestige Ballad Crown, Idealized Fili hat chains and feathers with old roses.

Works on males and females, except Hrothgar, Roegadyn, Viera and all Lalafell.
It's all dyeable!
Seeing I'm still very new to this, expect some clipping on Au ra horns and perhaps other minor issues.
